LSSM (Dip) ISRM
Bridget initially trained in sport and remedial (deep tissue) massage with the London School of Sports Massage, specialising in performance preparation and injury management for athletes, as well as remedial massage for clients with long-standing physical issues.
Over the past three years she has worked extensively in the area of human structural integration, based on the principles of ‘Rolfing’, focusing on the realignment of the physical form to correct the imbalances caused by time and physical exertion.
This technique, scientifically defined as Kinesis Myofascial Integration (KMI), has been developed by Tom Myers in California, with whom Bridget has studied to become one of the pioneers of this treatment within the UK.
Bridget is also a founding partner of Human Frameworks, providing a range of remedial therapies and solutions for injury and physical imbalance.
