I have known Bridget for the best part of six years. She is conscientious and thoughtful and will listen to your condition or pain or injury and respond with an appropriate therapy.
Personally, Bridget has helped me with post knee operation rehabilitation for a sports injury and has done excellent work in reducing my pain and increasing mobility.
Bridget is professionally experienced in sports massage, deep fascial techniques and is well connected with other therapists/ physiotherapists in South West London.
I highly recommend her.
As well as writing a brilliant self massage guide for The Drinking Woman’s Diet, Bridget is a life saver, regularly helping me with knots and pains from either my bad postural habits or over enthusiastic yoga practice!
"Bridget Lucas is a wonderful therapist with a deep knowledge and understanding of the human body" - Lee D
After going to countless treatments over the years for massage and soft tissue work, I finally came across Bridget, and I have never looked back.
She is a wonderful therapist with a deep knowledge and understanding of the human body.
I came to Bridget with a lot of tightness around the thoracic spine and some pain in the shoulders.
I felt much more freedom around these areas after a couple of sessions, and her treatment, along with the homework she gave me, got rid of my pain completely after about 4 sessions.
I continued going to Bridget for a monthly check-up and I couldn't recommend her enough.
Over the years I have learned to tolerate sports injuries but after a frozen shoulder, I turned to Bridget for help.
She made me realise how the body needs to be manipulated regularly to allow the muscles to relax and avoid injury. She helped me to return to exercise after only a few treatments and reassured me by reminding me that the body can heal itself with a little TLC.
I am now a regular and I feel fantastic. I know I can always call upon Bridget for help as I turn 50 this year. She is a real asset who I am grateful to know.
I recommend Bridget to anyone who wants to take more care of their body.
